TUBOTRON 30 MR - Multi-radii CNC pipe bending machine (with automatic feeding)

Customer-specific manufacturing solution for series production of tubular steel frames and handles for lawn caring tools. The core of this manufacturing cell consists of a TUBOTRON 30 MR multi-radii CNC pipe bending machine. Pipe stack, separation, weld seam detection, alignment and feeding of the pipes have been automated and integrated. For unloading and depositing of the bent pipe figures a robot has been supplied by the customer.
