"First Flight"
Complete as many reps as possible in 5-minutes of:
50 Ground-to-overhead, 52.5/35 (split)*
Max gymnastics in remaining time (split)

Scoring
Ring Muscle-up (11 points, mens ring muscle-ups will only be 70% of females ring muscle-ups)
Bar Muscle-up (6 points)
CTB Pull-up (3 points) 
Chin over bar pull-up (2 point) 
Burpee + bar touch (1 point) 

*ADVANCED must do power snatch
*Intermediate can clean & jerk
*Beginner may also do clean & jerk and reduce weight to 35/25

AFTER 1-MINUTE REST

EVENT 2
“Secret Identity”
For time:
60/48 Calories, Standing C2 Bike, lvl 10 (swap every 10/8)
30 Alternating Synchro Dumbbell Snatches, 20/15
60 Toes-to-bar (split)
30 Alternating Synchro Dumbbell Snatches, 20/15
60/48 Calories, C2 Bike, any resistance seated (swap every 10/8)
—THEN—
Carry a sandbag down & up the driveway.
**30-minute time cap.

**INTERMEDIATE lighter dumbbell (15/10) but may choose 20/15.
40 Toes-to-bar. Lighter sandbag

**BEGINNER lighter dumbbell (10/5) but may choose 15/10.
60 Hanging knee raises. Lighter sandbag
