In this video, I explain how to enable and use glide typing on your Android device. Glide typing, also known as swipe typing, is a fast and efficient way to type by sliding your finger across the keyboard instead of tapping each letter individually.

If you’re looking for a faster way to type on your Android phone with one hand, glide typing can save you time. I’ll show you how to turn on this feature in your keyboard settings and share tips on how to use it effectively.

For me, glide typing is less convenient in normal situations because I type with 2 fingers and glide typing doesn't seem to work at all with more than 1 finger.

If you only use one hand and 1 finger to type, glide typing can make typing faster for you especially combined with auto correct.

I’ll show you the steps to activate this feature and demonstrate how it works in regular everyday use. If you’re new to glide typing or just want to improve your speed, this video should help you.

I’ll also show you how to disable glide typing if you prefer traditional typing and how to customize your keyboard settings including voice typing.

You can combine voice typing with regular typing and autocorrect and add glide typing as an extra way to type on your phone.
