LEGO Creator 10252 VW Beetle Digital Speed Build and Herbie Mod

Hello I want to share with you the secrets of creating a virtual build of the 10252 LEGO Creator Expert VW Beetle Set and how to create a Herbie mod.

Earlier this year Volkswagen announced the very last VW beetle has now rolled off their production lines so I thought it was time to celebrate this iconic little car with a custom LEGO build. The first Beetle was produced in 1945 and with over 21.5 Million Bugs being made that makes it the longest running and most produced car ever.

Herbie was a cheeky VW Beetle racer with a mind of its own decked out with a white paint job with blue and red stripes and Number 53 trim.

Six movies were made starting with the Love Bug in 1968 and ending with the instantly forgettable remake Herbie Fully Loaded starring Lindsey Lohan in 2005. Despite the lacklustre reboot the popularity of the Herbie Icon remains with clubs and motor show appearances of replicas still going.
