DIY Home Projects: How to Build a Face Grain Cutting Board

In this video I create a face grain cutting board from rough cut lumber. I make my board out of rustic or brown hard maple which I think is the best wood for a cutting board. This is a great DIY project because it is simple and practical. I plan on making more cutting boards in the future using different woods like cherry and walnut as well as different styles like edge grain and face grain.
