To make the sandwich the way they make it at the Arcade Restaurant in Memphis Tennessee ... you will need...

Texas Toast Bread
Crunchy Peanut Butter
Sliced Bananas

Layer peanut butter, bananas, and bacon (optional)
on your Texas Toast and fry on a griddle or in a pan
with lots of melted butter until golden brown.

Serve with french fries! Enjoy!
