A customer's 2012 Subaru Outback came in with an issue when shifting into reverse, or the lack there of in this case. Brandon's neck muscles are all cramped up and Fred is highly caffeinated, so follow along as these two fools take this transmission out. Spoiler alert, its been a few weeks sense we started this job and we still have it, we've been waiting on the rebuild from another shop :(.
