10 Weight Watchers 0 Point Foods & Snacks I Always Keep on Hand
Looking for easy Weight Watchers 0-point foods and snacks to keep on hand? These are some of my absolute favorites: high-protein, satisfying, and perfect for staying on track without overthinking food.
In this video, I’m sharing 10 WW 0-point snacks and foods I always have stocked, including:
Sliced deli turkey or chicken for a quick, high-protein snack
Veggies (especially jicama!) with hummus
Salsa + black beans for an easy, filling combo
Frozen berries turned into a quick “jam” over cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
Bananas- perfect on their own or paired with yogurt
Garbanzo beans (great for air fryer chickpeas!)
Nori snacks when I’m craving something salty
