Small Moments, Big Impact: Shawn Anderson's Moment of Impact

Shawn's first project at Credera was with a partner and two veteran consultants, causing him a bit of anxiety as the new hire on the team. What Shawn experienced though with that team shaped him and his leadership significantly.
