Bael Bliss Elixir Recipe

Celebrating Diwali with a unique drink recipe. Being in the kitchen and creating brings me a sense of centeredness, similar to a sacred ritual. This is my pooja, and I’m grateful to have a team that shares my passion and philosophy of food.

Bael Bliss Elixir Recipe

Flesh of a medium sized bael /maredu fruit
water 700ml
Ice 300g
Pink Salt 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1tbsp
Red 🌶️ 1 tsp (try and use Ghandhari chilli)
Jaggery 1/4 cup
Lime 1 juiced
Adjust measures of all ingredients based on the ripeness of bael fruit.
