48VIN, 960W 4-phase buck converter with integrated GaN reference design

This demo generates a 12V output from a nominal 48V input and can handle up to 80A max current at 20A max current per phase. The LMG708B0-Q1 provides integrated switching with GaN field-effect transistors (FETs).
