4 Healthy HomeMade diet namkeen recipe. Best healthy evening, travel or tea time snack for weight loss. Learn to make homemade oats, barley, Ragi, puffed rice namkeen.

1. Oats and poha namkeen ( flattened rice ) recipe

Ingredients:-
1/2 cup roasted rolled oats
3/4 cup flattened rice ( poha, chiwda)
2 Tbsp roasted chana
2 Tbsp roasted peanuts
Some raisins
Some curry Leaves
10-12 Almonds
1 tsp coconut oil ( olive oil or desi ghee)
1 tsp mustard seeds
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
Spices of your choice

How to make diet oats and poha namkeen for Weight Loss :-

Heat the oil in a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add roasted chana, peanuts, almonds and raisins mix well. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric, Amchur powder, salt to taste, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix everything. Add roasted oats and poha. Stir everything until Nicely mixed. Add desiccated coconut in the end and mix again. Once cool store in an airtight container for upto 3 Weeks.

2. Ragi Diet Namkeen

Ingredients:-
1/2 cup Ragi flakes
1/3 cup roasted chana
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup bundi
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Amchur Powder
1/2 tsp roasted Cumin powder
Chilli to taste
1/2 tsp jaggery sugar
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2- 1 tsp mustard seeds
Some curry Leaves

How to make Ragi diet Namkeen for weight loss :-
Mix all the spices in a small bowl. Now In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add Ragi flakes and roast slightly. Add the rest of the ingredients with mixed spice Masala and stir everything well. Your ragi Namkeen is ready. Once cool store in an airtight container for upto 3 Weeks.

3. Puffed diet Barley namkeen for Weight Loss :-

Ingredients:-
1 cup puffed barley
2-3 tsp roasted peanuts
2-3 Tbsp soaked chana Dal
Some lotus seeds ( Makhana )
1-2 tsp Aam papad
Some sliced dried coconut
1 tsp oil
Mustard seeds
Some curry Leaves
Salt to taste
Other spices of your choice

How to make puffed diet Namkeen for weight loss :-
Mix all the spices in a small bowl. Now In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add Puffed barley and roast slightly. Add the rest of the ingredients with mixed spice Masala and stir everything well. Your healthy puffed rice Namkeen is ready. Once cool store in an airtight container for upto 3 Weeks.

4. Puffed rice/ diet murmure Namkeen

Ingredients:-

6 cup puffed rice
1/2 -1 tsp mustard seeds
Some curry Leaves
Salt to taste
2 - 3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup roasted Chana
1/3 cup bundi
1/2 cup sliced dried coconut
1/2 cup Namkeen sabudnana/ sago
1 tsp khand /pure sugar

How to make diet puffed rice Namkeen for weight loss:-
In a large pan or kadai add oil and sauté almonds, peanuts, coconut one by one. Fry sabudana. Remove excess oil ...and add mustard seeds to 1/2 tsp oil add curry leaves once they are done add puffed rice and roast slightly until they become crisp. Now add the Masala mix and sautéed ingredients on top mix well. Add bundi and some roasted papad. Stir everything nicely again. Your puffed rice Namkeen is ready. Once cool store in an air tight container for upto 3-4 Weeks.
