IT: Per avere una maggiore resa dal proprio vigneto si deve eseguire la potatura, ovvero l'asportazione dei rami in eccesso, si può eseguire meccanicamente e manualmente, in questo caso si è deciso di adottare una tecnica per eseguire entrambe le modalità. La potatrice meccanica esegue il lavoro grossolano per poi essere rifinito dagli operatori dalla mano esperta. Grazie alla ditta per la disponibilità alle riprese.
