"Bindergate" in Carpentersville Bill Sarto and Ed Ritter fight!

Village of Carpentersville board meeting February 17, 2009. Village President Bill Sarto accuses Trustee and presidential candidate Ed Ritter of stealing binder clips from the Village office to file his petition for president, and demands that Ed not be allowed to run against him. Ed Ritter calls Bill Sarto a liar, and Bill calls Ed a liar back. Words get heated, sparks fly, and the fate of the Village is in question.
