How your Brain actually works (Neuroscience 101)

How does your Brain actually work? What are brains for? What is their purpose?

For a long time, neuroscience wasn't able to answer this question at all. But in the last few decades, some amazing new insights might finally reveal what all of our brains are actually doing most of the time.

In this video, I will dive deep into the amazing new world of your brain and modern neuroscience.

Stick with me to discover why your brain is constantly asking:
"What's gonna happen next?" Whether you are walking down a busy street or listening to music.

In short: Your Brain is a prediction machine! It is constantly trying to predict what is going to happen next and how this will affect you and your body.

By realizing this fundamental aspect of our minds we will gain a new understanding of what the brain is doing at any given moment and how this might affect our own lives.

I will end this video by trying to show you how this new understanding literally shapes everything we do as human beings. It took me way too long to fully grasp this deep truth about human psychology and neuroscience. But trust me, once truly understood it will completely change the way you look at the way we act and behave.
