L-glutathione is a tripeptide that is produced naturally by human cells. It has the biochemical structure:
Glutathione is one of the strongest naturally occurring anti-oxidants and is partly resistant to digestion. However, for maximal effect, if taking L-Glutathione as a supplement it should be taken with vitamin-C (ascorbic acid) and a source of amino acids that helps the body make more on its own. This is why we supply our L-Glutathione with whey protein and vitamin C.
Glutathione is an important regulator of skin pigmentation. Moreover, Glutathione not only decreases pigmentation in your skin but has also been found to decrease wrinkles and increase skin elasticity

Research has shown that Glutathione works on the skin pigment production by inhibiting tyrosinase, an enzyme involved in producing melanin.

As a powerful anti-oxidant Glutathione Reduces melanogenesis. Reduces melanin content. Increases skin elasticity. Reduces the depth of wrinkles and increases skin hydration.

Clinical studies have also shown that L-glutathione is beneficial in preventing cancer and stopping the spread of cancerous cells. It can help reverse cell death in the liver, improving liver health. It can improve insulin resistance in older individuals. The levels of L-Glutathione decrease naturally with age, but consuming the building block of L-glutathione helps boost its levels.

How to Use: Mix 2 tsp of the whey protein and vitamin C blend in ½ tumbler (small glass) of milk, buttermilk or water (milk is better) and drink as a shake with one L-glutathione tablet during breakfast. Sufficient for 30 days.
