My understanding of the defense was that it's the arrested citizen's responsibility to contain their urge to resist dying in differentiating between breathing difficulty and poor blood circulation because it's circumstantially facilitating the means for the officer to continue killing said citizen per their training? Did you know that tasers alone cause irreversible heart strain, not to mention permanent nerve damage?
