NHS Care Records: The Sinister Small Print

The NHS is rolling out a new database, which will hold the records of all UK citizens. Most people will be busy preparing for Christmas and will ignore the form, which will result in them being automatically 'opted in'. The leaflet which is sent out presents a very rosy picture of the database It is only the small print which shows the sinister implications and you have to be pretty tenacious to discover the small print.
