We're opening up a can of worms in this video folks! In this video we'll be diving in and looking at average installed costs for 5 HVAC options, and discussing why there is really only ONE option you should be looking at moving forward. For Homeowners this is a very helpful video which will show you where and how your investment will pay off. For Contractors, this is a valuable piece of information you can use in the field to better educate your team and your customers by discussing efficiency differences, rebate qualifications which dramatically reduce up-front cost, and also operation cost savings which provides for a faster payoff of investment on higher efficient systems.

Watch through the end as well to find out exactly how you can potentially make money by installing a VRF system into your home. Yes, you heard correctly, it is technically feasible to actually make money by installing a VRF in your home because of how much it will save you compared to the cost for the loan amount.

3-ton Traditional Heat Pump
3-ton 18 SEER Inverter Heat Pump (2 types)
3-ton VRF Inverter Heat Pump

It's important to note that in this video we're discussing the AVERAGE installed costs based on multiple contractor interviews of various sized firms and locations around the Northwest part of the United States (my market).

Pricing will vary from region to region, so pay closer attention to the price differences and operational savings you can take advantage of, rather than specific pricing of each system. If a contractor offers higher pricing in one area, all 5 options will be higher priced by the same amount respectively. Similar to a contractor offering lower pricing, each option will be respectively the same amount lower.

Again, I stress these pricing examples are averages so take all of this with a grain of salt, do your own research when looking for pricing, and make sure to research if what you're purchasing will qualify for one or more rebates!
