How to be Happier in Just 1 Week - Day 2 | Secret to Happiness
Welcome to Episode 2 of Bettering my Brain! Is waking up early to meditate and exercise really the secret to being happy? Let’s find out! In this "Bettering my Brain" series I'm trying to figure out how to be happy and lead a healthy lifestyle.
I’ve been feeling super unmotivated and lost in the world lately and like any and all of my goals are impossible to achieve. I’ve been relying way too much on social media to get through my days and feeling a decline in my mental health & I really want to make a positive change. In turn, I’ve been absorbing a TON of self-help content in an effort to better my brain & one thing that the people who claim to be happy, productive & successful in their personal and professional lives seem to have in common is waking up at 5 or 6am and meditating and/or working out to start off their days.. so I am going to try this out for 7 days to see how I feel at the end of the week! I’m hoping to spark a journey of self-fulfillment, happiness & success to get me out of the house & more motivated to finally reach my goals with a clear mind.
Now, this challenge isn’t necessarily a “social media detox challenge” but I’m curious to see if I am less inclined to become a lazy doom-scrolling zombie at multiple points during the day with the early start mindset lol (we’ll see about that one)
I’m looking forward to this series on my channel and I whole time be able to stick to it to reach my goals & maintain a stable, happy & healthy mind.
