MESA® Subway® Ultra-Lite 1x12 & 1x15 Official Cab Demo/Comparison
subway.mesaboogie.com
The new Subway® Ultra-Lite 1x12 and 1x15 Bass Cabinets from Mesa feature the best of the best in bass cabinetry: Lightweight, tone-FULL, and designed and built with the best parts and materials available. We start with the heaviest duty, highest quality, lightweight Neodymium speakers and high-frequency tweeters and match these custom components to our innovative cabinet designs using lightweight Poplar ply. The cabinets are reinforced with aviation-style bracing and our proprietary, front-facing Tri-Port system, delivering a bass fundamental that’s crystal clear with outstanding musicality and responsiveness. All of these high quality components are assembled in our one-and-only factory in Petaluma, California.
A pair of 1x12 cabinets can handle practically any gig – from clubs to theaters. A single 1x15 can handle small to medium size club gigs with ease while two 1x15s will deliver outstanding punch, tone and control to any gig - from cafes to coliseums! And for the ultimate in variety and versatility, a 1x12 AND a 1x15 together gives you the best of both tonal worlds while allowing you to break your rig down to a smaller size, or - offering different tonalities to mic in the studio or live given each cab’s unique tonalities.
Best of all, Subway Ultra-Lite cabs sound great while being competitively light without sacrificing TONE!
The 1x12 weighs 32.9 lbs. while the 1x15 weighs 37.9 lbs.
… And don’t forget, you can customize your new Subway Ultra-Lite Bass Cabinets with custom Vinyls, Leathers, Suedes and Embossed Leathers. Contact your nearest Authorized MESA/Boogie Dealer or Distributor for options, pricing and availability: http://www.mesaboogie.com/support/locations.html
