GREENBIRD CIRCUIT RACE IN NFS HEAT (UNEXPLAINED PHENOMENON)

I was racing the GREENBIRD CIRCUIT RACE in Need For Speed HEAT and on the 1st an 2nd lap of the race there was these green lights that appeared is that part of the race like a planned or scripted to happen it was just a weird capture that I wanted to share this to everyone but as far as I'm getting it as I'm not sure what it is making this very Unexplained...did anyone else see this !? Or like I said is this planned or scripted very curious and want to know !
