So many of you recommended Love To Dream’s swaddles so when they reached out to work together, I jumped at the chance, their swaddle up’s are so safe for sleeping and make me feel reassured that the baby will feel comforted and secure :)

Hello - so today’s vlog I am packing my hospital bag! I will show you some bits I’ve bought, and then go through everything that we’ve packed!!

I’ve listed it all below too- if you have any other suggestions - let me know :)

What I’ve Packed / Packing :

My Bag :
Maxi / maternity pads
Makeup wipes
Deodorant
Shampoo and conditioner (travel sizes)
Shower gel
Nipple balm
Lip balm
Face moisturiser
Cooling legs gel
Dry shampoo
Hand wipes
Hand sanitiser
Body moisturiser
Hair serum
Tooth brush and tooth paste (henry has one too for his bag)
Hair brush
Lavender essential oil
Hair bobbles (no metal)
Spritz for bits by My Expert Midwife
Cooling body and face mist

Make up bag. Concealer- mascara - I’ll probably not need this but I feel better knowing it’s in my bag haha

(I need to pack flip flops for the shower)
Assortment of pyjamas -
Long pyjamas
Short pyjamas
Nightie
Button down nightdress
Camis ( I wanted to cover all temperatures!)
Sleep mask (need to get ear plugs too!)

Tops for the pool- bikini top and crop vest top
Pants - full high waisted briefs -
Maternity / Feeding friendly bra

Henry’s Bag :

I’ll also add headphones and my kindle too a bit nearer the time (these will be if I have to have a longer stay!)

Things to entertain him - switch / headphones/ though I doubt he’ll need these as I’ll probably make him entertain me 😂

We will also pack a bag if I have to stay in hospital if I have to stay for a few days- which will just have more baby clothes/nappies/and clothes for me.

I’ve probably way overpacked but I’d rather be prepared!!
