Mechanically water does a shocking amount of things. From bonus lightning damage, elemental changes, cleaning and hidden moves. The only problem is each game decided to to it completely differently.... and it's not even consistent in each game either.... ʷʰʸ ᵐᶦʸᵃᶻᵃᵏᶦˀ
