Tasha's Seafood Sauce Recipe
3 TB of earth balance butter
Saut'e one medium onion (sliced lengthwise)
Add 5 cloves of garlic and saute for one minute
Next add dry ingredients
1/2 TB Hot slap ya mama seasoning
1/2 TB Lemon pepper (Chef merito is the best ever)
1Tsp Old bay
1/2 TB of cayenne pepper or to your taste
2 TB brown sugar
Now add wet ingredients
2tsp White vinegar
1Tb Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup of beer (optional)
2 large lemons fully juiced (citrus juicer recommended)
2 Large limes fully juiced
That's it
Let it simmer on low until you are ready to enjoy!
