The Rose Arch Part 2 of 2

It's time to finish this!
The rose arch is a very simple design and an almost totally forged structure (only 1 welded joint!). It was supposed to be a mothers day present last year but the virus and first lockdown put paid to that plan. Now we're in the third lockdown, it's time to get it done (even though I still can't deliver it).
