Welcome to a special Oathbreaker deck tech! Normally we'd do a commander deck but last Saturday (10/9) I was a part of some charity Oathbreaker streams so I wanted to showcase the decks that were played (which are also built around a random card with a $100 limit just like the Commander's Guild series).

The streams that I played in were:

This week's random card is Tattermunge Witch and uses Domri, Anarch of Bolas + Atarka's Command as the Oathbreaker and Signature Spell. This is a shaman tribal deck that hopes to dump as many creatures on board as possible while pumping them up with +1/+1 counters.
