Are Perks Balanced in Warzone? (What Would I Change?)

Recently the distribution of perk usage for both multiplayer and Warzone has been revealed and today I wanted to use this information to come up with some ideas for how I feel the overall perk balance could be improved! What perk improvements would you like to see?
