April Kettlebell Deadlift Workout

Today's workout is a deadlifting and kettlebell swing sesh with Coach Hallie!

And for this workout, we are focusing on split stance and single leg variations for our hip hinge patterns. So you will probably want two kettlebells for the split stance deadlift and the heavier of those bells you can use for the power swings and the smaller bell will be used for the single arm swings we do later in the workout.
