Cargo Trailer Conversion – Building the Slide-Out | Slide Tracks & Roller System

In this episode of the cargo trailer conversion build, I start working on one of the biggest custom features of the trailer—the slide-out! This video focuses on the slide track and roller system that will support the slide room and allow it to move smoothly in and out.

I'll walk through the materials I'm using, how the tracks are mounted, roller placement, alignment considerations, and some of the challenges that come with designing a custom slide-out from scratch.
