Hello beautiful people.

Eva came with an acutely strained neck and back. She hadn't slept the night before and couldn't turn her head to the left. Turns out her whole left side was contracted and need in of some softening.

I went with soft massage at the beginning, warming the muscles with cupping massage, release the fascia with gua sha and then with some deep tissue therapeutic massage, focusing on those trigger points.

She did feel a lot better after the session, so I'm glad it went well.

This is my 8th video and I still haven't been able to get the sound and video results I would like to. I had to de-noise the sound, because the traffic outside my centrally located studio was too loud, so that considerably reduced the sound quality. And also this time I didn't use any lighting, which was a basic mistake.
