Guided, Self-Reiki Meditation for Healing Dense Energy

This guided, self-Reiki meditation for Reiki practitioners, will help heal stuck, dense energy, or shadow/lower vibrational energy. Adaptations are given for those who are not attuned to the Reiki energy. The meditation was originally featured on my weekly Podcast as episode 9b.
Before beginning this meditation, please have a situation in mind that you wish to heal, as we will be using the power of HSZSN to heal this situation where it began, at the root, in the past. More than one session of this meditation may be required, depending on how deep-rooted this situation is. It would be helpful to have on hand therapeutic grade essential oil of pine, or some other grounding oil to put on your palm chakras for aromatherapy, during the breath control portion of this meditation
