Ligon Duncan: Why Should We Pray?
God is sovereign. That means He exercises His kingly rule over all creation. He ordains whatsoever comes to pass. He is also omniscient, knowing all things. Ligon Duncan explains why we should pray in light of God’s sovereignty.
