I Have Endometriosis

hroughout high school and college, Jenna Knoblauch experienced debilitating pelvic pain every month. People assured her that this was a normal part of being a woman—that she’d have to get used to it. It took many years of trying to manage symptoms on her own and visiting several doctors to discover that her pain was caused by endometriosis, a condition in which uterine tissue grows outside of the uterus.
