Poorest Children speak about school holidays London #SUMMERGIVE 2016

A short true story about how children growing up in poverty in London spend their summer holidays. The Childhood Trust want to help alleviate the impact of child poverty across London. www.childhoodtrust.org.uk for details.
592,000 children across the capital in every borough, struggle to get enough to eat during the long summer holiday. They are frequently isolated and often simply count the days until they go back to school. The Summer Give is a way of funding additional support to community groups who can provide safe care with fun activities and food, so that every child enjoys the school holidays and returns in September with something good to talk about. You can give and have your donation doubled here www.secure.thebiggive.org.uk/summergive from 12 noon on May 16th until 12 noon on May 18th. You can pick the project that is nearest to where you live or the one/s that you think sound the best. The Childhood Trust and the charity's own 'pledgers' will double your donation. Please share, give and share again.
