About Annu Rani :
Annu Rani is an Indian javelin thrower who recently won the bronze medal at the Birmingham 2022, Commonwealth games. She currently holds her 9th consecutive national record. She's the most successful Indian javelin thrower and the first Indian to reach World Athletics Championships final twice. Daughter of a Farmer, Annu Rani is a 29 year-old Indian Olympian. Hailing from a conservative family in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, Annu was supported and motivated by her elder brother.
Annu became the 1st Indian Female to reach the World Athletics C'ships final in 2019. She used to train by hurling sugarcane sticks in an empty field. Annu made herself a name by winning a bronze medal at the 2014 Asian games with a throw of 59.35m.

🙋‍♀️ Who is Garima Avtar:
Garima has been a trailblazer in the male-dominated sport of extreme rallying, & a true inspiration for anyone who dreams of following their passion, despite all odds.
Amongst many other accomplishments, she was the first professional woman rally driver for Mahindra Adventure Rally Team & has won many rallies in her category.
She is the first professional woman driver for Mercedes-Benz Luxe Drive India.
As a content creator, she won gold at ETBrand Equity Influencer Marketing Awards 2022.
As a speaker, she has motivated audiences on forums such as TEDxShivNadarUniversity, TedxGLIMChennai, She's Mercedes, TIE Delhi, FICCI Global Young Leaders Forum, Dell India Leadership series,  amongst others.
Over the years, her work has won her many accolades & awards. She was felicitated by the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand and actress Dia Mirza for organizing the Women's Car Rally in January 2018 for the launch of a new chapter for FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) and in 2019 by the Governor of Uttrakhand. She was felicitated on IWD 2021 by India's former Sports & Youth Affairs minister Shri Kiren Rijiju for her achievements in motorsports.
She has also been recognised with awards such as Best Female Driver 2013, Radio One 94.3 FM 'SuperWoman', RadioOne 94.3 FM - Asian Achievement award for outstanding work in extreme rallying, FLO Delhi Women Leadership Award 2021, Khel Gaurav award 2021, Peaklife Women Inspire Award 2022, amongst others.
