Getting A HIDE/CAPE Ready For Packing Out #Shorts

If you are doing a bunch of backcountry elk, moose or deer hunting eventually you will want to pack a hide out. There are a ton of reasons to “manty” the hide first. This keeps all the weight in one spot and makes it less likely that the hide or cape will squeeze out from under a pack strap during a long pack out.
