a lil bit of a different vlog but i want to start being more transparent with my mental health and not presenting a 'put-together' image all the time. realistically it takes much more than one day to get out of a funk and rebuild healthy habits but even just doing it for one day can be all you need to start. following these habits doesn't fix all that I'm feeling and I'm sure it won't for you too, but it definitely helps. when it comes to your mental health, you are allowed to be selfish.

edit: again, highlighting transparency, in this video i present happier than i was feeling. this is smt i’m working on. this is not a cry for help or me asking to be pitied. my channel to me is a time capsule.
