Hurricane Forecast Discussion - Watching the Tropics for Major Hurricane Iota

In today's Hurricane Forecast Discussion Video i'll be keeping an eye on Invest 98L which is located around 600 miles ESE from Jamaica. The environment ahead of Invest 98L will likely facilitate organization and strgthening as wind shear will be as low at 1 to 5 kts with high moisture content and very warm SST of 28 to 29 degrees C. It seems quite likely that the Invest will get better organized soon and a tropical depression could form in 24 hours as it moves West at 15 mph. There is an extremely high ceiling on this system with 2 of the Main hurricane models forecasting Category 4 and 5 status while the CMCI and the IVCN model is on the very low end. But the question is How strong could Invest 28L get and who will be impacted and affected?? Much more details in the video.
