Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing my first impression and review of the new @CharlotteTilbury Smokey Eyes Are Forever Instant Eye Palette! This is her large pan holiday palette for 2021! This is a GORGEOUS palette and I'm so glad I decided to buy it. The shadows did not disappoint and create the most beautiful smokey, glam eyeshadow looks. I do not have her holiday release from 2020, but I do have the Starry Eyes To Hypnotize from 2019! I love BOTH eyeshadow looks I created with this palette. Which is your favorite?
