"Behind the Lines" (Drum Cover)

It was requested of me by a friend of mine, if I would cover "Behind the Lines"--one of my most favorite tunes off of what might be my favorite Genesis album, "Duke" (1980). I chose to use the "3 Sides Live" version because I think it is a KILLER version. Phil and Chester together in the beginning are simply incredible!

I was happy to oblige....I did take some liberties (one of which doesn't quite work with what Chester Thompson is playing when Phil sings "...and there is nowhere you can run to"...you'll hear it) but, all in all, for only having one take, this one's a keeper.

I hope you like it. Please dig deep into Genesis--they are one of the greatest bands in rock and roll history.
