City Prosecutor wants this house razed in Williston, North Dakota?

i didnt see any problems with this house from the street or backstreet. The Commissioners are clearly pushing their weight around too much. its time to abolish the Commisioner style city government and bring in a more modern Council style, where this poor lady can have better local representation.

What is strange to me is that Commissioner (Fire, Police) Tate Cymbaluk engages in the most conversation here. Commissioner (water, sewer) Chris Brosteun had nothing to say about the controversy when its his department that oversees the biggest reason for the controversy. Cymbaluk is stepping over his boundaries, which can be common in these types of city governments.
