My mom found a sealed copy of this album on Amazon over a decade ago and gave it to me for Christmas. It was one of the best presents. Jimmy Campbell is from the band The 23rd Turnoff in the 60s and recorded the amazing song Michael Angelo and then went on to record some amazing solo records (like this one) before making his masterpiece Rockin’ Horse - which included a lot of the same members as on this album. There’s a rich history with Jimmy Campbell that not enough people recognize. He’s an amazing songwriter and hopefully you seek out more of his music after hearing this hit “That’s Right That’s Me” - the whole record is crazy good. • Listen to it all at classictrashmusic.com!
