Island Peak climbing is relatively one of the easiest and safest trekking and climbing routes in the country. Every year thousands of tourists come to this mountain and climb to the summit of this mountain as this climbing to the summit of this mountain is relatively easier than other mountains. Island peak, commonly known as Imja Tse is located near the Sagarmatha National Park and is home to thousands of rare species of animals and birds. The trail to this peak includes the best opportunities to explore the hidden beauty of the isolated Himalayas including the gateway of Everest Base Camp, Gokyo Lake, Everest view hotel, Kala Patthar (One of the best viewpoints in the Khumbu region), Imja valley, many authentic Sherpa villages and finally to the summit of Island peak. You will also get an opportunity to do sightseeing in the unique lifestyle and culture of people living in the Khumbu region. One of the major attractions of this trek is the sightseeing of the Sagarmatha National park where you can see a huge number of rare species of animals and birds.

Island Peak Climbing starts with a scenic flight to Lukla. We will then trek via Khumjung and reach the gateway of Everest, Namche Bazar. Trekking ahead from Namche Bazar will take us to the base camp of Everest and then to Kalapatthar. From here we will start our ascend to reach the top of Island peak. Once we reach the summit, we will do the sightseeing and then we will trek back to Lukla and then fly back to Kathmandu and end our trip.
