Hello again! Today I'm pulling out the relatively new Neutrals eye shadow palette from CColor Cosmetics. I've misplaced my original Tati Beauty Textured Neutrals Vol 1 so I can do a dupe comparison. Sorry about that. if I find it again, I'l come back. But in the meantime..... Can a "lady of a certain age" get three looks from this one palette and is it a good value?
