U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, and U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem are hosting a press conference in support of the Maude family.

The Trump administration says the Maudes endured a politically motivated prosecution waged by the Biden Administration over 25 acres of federal land. The U.S. government has dropped criminal charges against the Maude family April 28.

Previously, Charles and Heather Maude were facing theft charges, accused of improperly using Forest Service land.
