S03E56 - Testing the Raspberry Pi Slackware Installer variant

In this video, I demonstrate the first successful run of the SAIR (Slackware AArch64 Installer Respin) tool. Using the Raspberry Pi Kernel fork instead of the upstream Linus Torvalds kernel, we create a new variant of the Slackware AArch64 Installer and deploy it onto a Raspberry Pi 4.

Why the Pi 4 first? Because I don’t yet have a Raspberry Pi 5 — this step allows me to get the core pieces working now, laying the groundwork for full RPi5 support in Slackware in the coming months.

Stay tuned as development continues!
