NFS Payback - Aki Kimura's Drift King Nissan Silvia Abandoned Car Location and Police Chase

Need for Speed Payback is still getting a new abandoned car every week. Currently we are getting the cars from the different bosses of the campaign, like this Noise Bomb Nissan Silvia that was used by Drift King Aki Kimura.

Looking at the activity on ISAD's Discord server it feels like a lot of people are still playing NFS Payback, although I have no idea why.
