The DISC profile test is universally known and a great way to know about yourself. This one is often used in business environments. This one is typically taken at a fee. You can investigate further and take the test @ http://bit.ly/DiSC_Personality_Test

Like the DISC profile test, WONDERLIC is another extremely popular personality test used by businesses to evaluate a potential employee prior to on-boarding. The official Wonderlic sight is @ http://bit.ly/The_Official_Wonderlic and you would have to contact them about taking one as an individual.

And this one is probably the best of all. StrengthFinders @ http://bit.ly/Strengths_Finder. This one isn't free either, but it's very revealing and quite in-depth. This one uncovers your strengths and what they mean to you. There's a basic version that's very affordable and a much more detailed version option available.
