ArCoMoRa ArLoco Arduino loconet device.

This is a Arduino loconet shield for a Arduino Uno. It's a kit I purchased from ArCoMoRa. The video starts off with the board not working properly during boot. I left this part in, to show that these errors happen.

This ArLoco gives me 16 inputs to connect such things as relays or lights or servos for the layout.
